Thank you to both Uli Hansmann and Franklin Hays for thinking of me as a short notice substitute for speaking at the 2015 From Computational Biophysics to Systems Biology Workshop being held in Oklahoma City in May. I was already planning to attend, so I might as well be put to work.
Some other highlights were Ken Dill, Robert Best, and Ron Elber talking. Shanaka was selected to give a talk at the meeting as well! Overall, the science was top notch, and the workshop is a great opportunity for students to get experience presenting in front of and meeting experts. Hopefully my short notice talk didn't bring down the quality of the group!
